Ionic2 - Google Maps Plugin, Error: EXCEPTION: Uncaught (in promise): [object Object])

I’ve installed the Google Maps plugin as instructed on the Ionic2 documentation :

However, I am getting the below error

EXCEPTION: Uncaught (in promise): [object Object])

I ran on it on the web browser as well as on a native device, it does not work in all the cases.

Any idea about what’s going on ?

I also had the same error. Try to build and run app on android or ios device. I have run successfully on android
