Ionic view white screen

hi, i’m having problems to test mi app in ionic view, is only showing a white screen, but is working on mi computer with ionic serve.

i’m usin ionic version 3.9.2 and the new ionic view on a Ipad, the id of my app is b3e09ef5 if is usefull

Any Cordova plugins?
What is your ionic info output?
Can you build the app locally?
