Ionic serve waiting for connectivity with react-scripts

Hello.

I am trying to run

ionic serve

and I get this error from console:

[INFO] Waiting for connectivity with react-scripts…

So I have to start the server using npm start. Why I can use ionic serve? or Why I get wainting for connectivity with react-scripts…

i try to use it

npm run start it same function like ionic serve
