Ionic run android

hello, every body.
I want testing my ionic project on Android Device,so plug it in and run

ionic run android

USB debugging is enabled on my device.
but I have this Error

ERROR running one or more of the platforms : Error:D:\IonicProject\BrainSpeed\platforms\android\cordova\run.bat : Command faild with exit code 2
you may not have the required environment or OS to run this project

this is my path

D:\AndroidDevelop\adt-Bundel\adt-bundle-windows-x86-20140702\sdk\tools;
D:\AndroidDevelop\adt-Bundel\adt-bundle-windows-x86-20140702\sdk\platform-tools;
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_40\bin;
C:\Program Files\Java\apache-ant-1.9.4\bin
;C:\Program Files\nodejs;

google it but there was not a way that helped in my case.
can any one guide me, thanks a lot.
