Ionic Pro / Package Build error in v3

I’m having the following issue while trying to develop a Android Package of my app in v3. The following is the error

Failed to install 'cordova-sqlite-storage': CordovaError: Using "requireCordovaModule" to load non-cordova module "q" is not supported. Instead, add this module to your dependencies and use regular "require" to load it. IONIC

Please any hep will be appreaciate.

My ionic info:

Ionic:

   ionic (Ionic CLI)  : 4.0.0 
   Ionic Framework    : ionic-angular 3.9.2
   @ionic/app-scripts : 3.1.10

Cordova:

   cordova (Cordova CLI) : 8.0.0
   Cordova Platforms     : android 7.0.0, ios 4.5.4
