I am also not happy with ionic pro. They do not answer at all.
And actually I have no clue how to accept my android license agreement without having access to the ci + I have no clue how to upload my files to test flight without having a MacOs.
I am thinking to switch to a full ci such as bitrise and/or macInCloud …
So you are paying for Ionic Pro and not getting the support during the timeframe specified in your SLA?
