Ionic package CLI command!

Hi guys!
is the ionic package command fully functional?
Is still in development or we can consider it to work ?
Because I cannot make it works:

Error upload callback: TypeError: Cannot read property '0' of undefined (CLI v1.3.2)

tried to debug this issue and found that is a cookie problem, but also after a lot of changes and
manual putting the correct cookies in the form request, I cannot see the submitFormRequest call returning
in any way. Is there something Iā€™m doing wrong ?

same problem here with cli v1.3.8
