Ionic Lab Error - Cannot get /ionic-lab

Hi there,

I’m facing an issue with ionic lab. I get an error: Error - Cannot get /ionic-lab
Ionic serve runs just fine.

Any clues would be thankful, I’ve tried changing ports. on any port serve works fine lab throws that error with a white screen.
