Ionic info does not showing cordova cli version

Hello, Im facing a problem to create my android project on windows. When I run ionic info comand Im getting the following info:

As you can see, it is not showing the cordova cli. I ran the cordova -v comand ang got a version successfully.

The error is when Im runnig any cordova command to build the android app, it shows this error:

any help will be gratefull

You can start by updating the Ionic CLI, latest version is 7.2.0 and might have fixed the problem if it was a bug.
But that would also require you to update node since version 14 is ancient and out of support.
