Ionic Dashboard apk build is failed with "ERROR: Job failed: exit status 1" error

I tried to build the debug build for android platform in ionic dashboard.I am getting the following error.Please help

Saving android@~6.3.0 into config.xml file …
cordova platform add android --no-fetch failed
Running after script…
$ run “clean-up”
Running Stage clean-up for Job: 5316570
ERROR: Job failed: exit status 1
