Ionic cordova run android isn't working

ionic Cordova run android is not installing the app in android mobile, and showing the error of no platforms
Im using ubuntu os
error after entering ionic cordova run android
sudo ionic cordova run android
[sudo] password for rithesh:

I think the problem could be this:

Two lines like so are missing from config.xml

<engine name="android" spec="^7.1.4" />
<engine name="ios" spec="4.5.5" />

Also, “platforms” in package.json may be empty. Add android and iOS into it if it is.

"platforms": [
      "android",
      "ios"
    ]

hi @Calll thanks for the help. I have added those lines in config and package.json. I have moved forward that issue is resolved
Do you have any idea about this error? please help me
ANDROID_SDK_ROOT=undefined (recommended setting)
ANDROID_HOME=/usr/lib/android-sdk (DEPRECATED)
Requirements check failed for JDK 8 (‘1.8.*’)! Detected version: 11.0.4
Check your ANDROID_SDK_ROOT / JAVA_HOME / PATH environment variables.
[ERROR] An error occurred while running cordova run android (exit code 1).

Hmm, it just sounds like you have your paths set up wrong. Mine are like this:

export ANDROID_HOME=~/Library/Android/sdk/
export PATH=$ANDROID_HOME/platform-tools:$PATH
export PATH=$ANDROID_HOME/tools:$PATH
export PATH=$ANDROID_HOME/build-tools/29.0.2/:$PATH

I have no experience with Ubuntu though ¯_(ツ)_/¯
