Solve this error by installing these two cammands
$ cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-whitelist
$ cordova prepare
If you didn’t post a picture of text but the text I would try to see if the URL you are trying to embed as a script and that gives you a 404 actually works.
Now I can only tell you to do that yourself.
