I have the same issue , have you resolved it?

Same issue too, there´s no answer from ionic guys about it??mmmm…it´s not a good signal from the project team.

can find answer here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29874564/ionic-build-android-error-when-download-gradle

Yes, the switch to Gradle is a very recent change (we usually try to stay away from the cutting edge until all the kinks and plugins’ kinks have been ironed out :smile:

windows os : add proxy for JAVA in to you Environment variable

JAVA_OPTS = “-Dhttp.proxyHost=xx.xx.xx.xx -Dhttp.proxyPort=xxxx -Dhttps.proxyHost=xx.xx.xx.xx -Dhttps.proxyPort=xxxx”
