is some one encountered with limited ad serving in google ad mob using admob plus plugin

Thanks for the prompt reply. however, apparently i have not done anything wrong to violate google policies, i wondered, it may relate to ad mob plugin. is this ad mob plus plugin is verified by ionic team for its functionality or security as it is provided by a third party plugin author???
