I’ve made a simple blank ionic app and I would like to make it’s background entirely transparent.
I’ve tried several methods to achieve the transparency of the app but the background always remains white.
Does anyone know how to achieve this?

You want to see your Phones Background wich is outside of the Application ?

That probably won’t work. Do you know any application wich is able todo that ?
That looks like a widget not an “actual App”. Maybe you should look into that there could be a possibility that you can program widgets with Ionic 
Hmm but it works like an app and not as an widget… Now I’m a little bit confused about what it is 
Yes I know what you mean. I had an app like that on my Android phone aswell. It behaves like a widget but you can still start it like a normal app. I think that the transparent look comes from your Phones OS itself.
Its just a gues I can also be totally wrong.
