Ionic 3.0 app Works on some android devices and but for some stops at Blank white screen , this is not happening in IOS / Web

HI,

My app works for some android devices and for some it is stopping at the white screen, it works perfectly fine for Ios and Web, but why it is not working for some devices, Help is appreciated.
