Ion-datetime not showing up like it is in the v5 docs?

The ion-datetime component in the v5 docs looks like this:

But I cannot get it to look like this in my app.

Seems like the docs are wrong here, right? Is this actually what it looks like in v6?

That one is the Ionic 6 datetime component.
