Ion-content fullscreen, contentTop aren't working

I got a template like the following

<ion-header></ion-header>
<ion-contetn fullscreen="false" contentTop="100">
  <video> ... </video>
</ion-content>

But neither fullscreen=“false” nor contentTop value is taking effect. From browser inspector, ion-content still has ‘top: 0’. The header still covers content. I don’t have any customization css so it’s unlikely it’s because of that. What am I doing wrong?
