I'm trying to generate an apk with ionic, but I got this error

Could not open settings generic class cache for settings file ‘C:\Users\x\oabapp\platforms\android\settings.gradle’ (C:\Users\x.gradle\caches\7.6\scripts\x). BUG! exception in phase ‘semantic analysis’ in source unit '_B

I’ve installed Command line tools only and dependencies. Also, Gradle is like this Gradle | Installation. All the path variables are working fine!

Additional info about versions : Gradle 8.3 Android build tools: 33.0.2 Java JDK : 20

How can I Fix this ?

GRADLE_HOME C:\Gradle\gradle-8.0.2

JAVA_HOME C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-17

These two works for me with android sdk
C:\android\build-tools\33.0.0

For signing of apk use apksigner install at
C:\android\build-tools\33.0.0> apksigner
