I cannot add platform Android

Ok i need help, i am stuck on this point. I simply stuck on this “ionic platform add android” thing. Even on only cordova, i cannot do it.

I have added the PATH for ant, tools, platform-tools, java. I am stuck. Help :frowning:

My Hardware is 64 bit, Windows 7 SP1. Node is 32 bit, because the 64 bit one have problem with my system. Java is Version 8 Update 31 (build 1.8.0_31-b13)

How did you set ANDROID_HOME and PATH environment variables?

When you type ‘android’ command, does it launch the SDK manager?
