I am following all instructions as per installation..still showing error on 'ionic build android'

Hi,

i have created ‘todo’ project on which is on 'C’drive…

installed android on E drive…
E:\Android\Android SDK

created ANDROID_HOME variable…pointed to sdk as well as set PATH for tool and platform-tool as instructed… still showing below error:

C:\Users\ILS - Graphics\todo>ionic build android
Running command: “C:\Program Files\nodejs\node.exe” “C:\Users\I
o\hooks\after_prepare\010_add_platform_class.js” "C:\Users\ILS
add to body class: platform-android
Error: Android SDK not found. Make sure that it is installed. I
e default location, set the ANDROID_HOME environment variable.

Please Help

Helloooooo, you should probably look at how to make an Android app in general.
What you’re seeing right now means your ANDROID SDK is not set up correctly, it doesn’t have much todo with ionic.

i also would like to correct myself…instead of android SDK I installed android studio and was trying to give path accordingly…now I installed android SDK which is there on https://developer.android.com/studio/index.html at bottom under heading ‘Get just the command line tools’ and downloaded for windows with installer…thanks
