I doubt people will respond because your question does not explain the problem you are having, your app, your implementation, what you are currently experiencing and what you would like to achieve? Please provide more information.
Stating an outgoing call leads me to think you are talking about the native functionality of a device (i.e. the dialler) in which case, I don’t understand how it’s an Ionic problem.
There is a lack of information.
