How to show header and Tab at top usin ionic framework

Can some one exaplin me how to acheive this? I need to display header as well as tab at top as shown in image. Any help is appreciated.

Hey @mrvamsidhar i was deploy ionic tabs on top, please copy code from my github below and replace to your www/ code after creating ionic tabs template.
