how to make so that everyone can install it on their smartphone?

You can use Microsoft’s AppCenter for Example: appcenter.ms

If your app is in android then you can simply create a list of user’s email id and create internal test

Normally you just upload the Final .apk (Android) or .ipa (IOS)
