How to get 'left menu with three dots'

Hi. I’m looking for the menu with three vertical dots, don’t know its name…
I can’t find it, is it not best practices? For IOS and Android.
I’m creating a Tabs application and want just a few menuoptions ekstra to be accessible.

Like a menu left slide in/out?

No, like a drop-down. I think it’s called Overflow menu in Android and More Options in IOS
