How to download/retrieve the file from PHP server using Ionic app

Hi Guys , I already get the data from my PHP server and display it into my Ionic app , here is my main.html

now the problem is , how can i download the file from my php server ?
How can I link the file from my php server to download it ?

Any help guys ? or do you have source/tutorial that can solve my problem ?

I tried it , but nothings work .
Is there any possible that i can retrieve and response the file from my server and download it by using my Ionic app ?
