How to create an ionic3 application for android TV's

i am want to know is it possible to build an android application for android TV.

if so can some one guid me where to start and the procedure .

I would want to develop Android TV App using Ionic as well; however, it seems impossible. There is a POC that you can use Nativescript to build Android TV app using angularjs.
