Hiring an Ionic dev to update existing app

Hello,
We have a 8 y/o Ionic app that was built as the mobile version of a web based tool (a look-up table/option selector).
We need to update the data in the app (products and specs) and also the app itself so that it’s only one version running on mobile and in browsers.
We’re based in Vancouver, Canada. Local dev preferred but not essential.
