Hide Custom Header Buttons

Hi all,

Anyone know how to hide custom buttons in a header when changing views?

I have a search button in my header on a global scale but I only want it to show when on the main page. Can anyone help?

Ha another post with absolutely no replies. Anyway, fixed it by just putting the buttons I want on each individual template. Cheers
