ionic
ionic not create template.

INFO:

ionic (Ionic CLI) : 4.1.2

System:

NodeJS : v10.11.0
npm : 6.4.1
OS : Windows 7

Cordova
8.1.1 (cordova-lib@8.1.0)

After that, try like this:

$ cd .\myappp
$ ionic serve

You would see your app in the browser.
