Has anyone successfully integrated angular2-materialize in Ionic 2?

Hi everyone!

I am looking to integrate angular2-materialize into my app and I was wondering if anyone else had else been successful in doing so with ionic 2.

I have followed the instructions from https://www.npmjs.com/package/angular2-materialize, but without success until now.

I followed the intructions from this article https://ionicacademy.com/ionic-include-css-files-from-npm/ and now I have materializecss inside my Ionic app working very nicely

Can you show me the steps to follow. I followed exact same links but no luck
