Geolocation is not working on Android v9 but only on v8<

Hi. I am using the geolocation plugin from cordova to track my location coordinates.
Although it works perfect on ios, it does not work on Android.

My code:

Someone any idea? I debugged the app and it does not even access the function getCurrentPosition() of the object geolocation.

I am writing again since it is really weird that it does not work on android devices.

Geolocation is not working on Android devices, although it work on ios!
