Fix to Cordova/PhoneGap Apps targeting Android 5 (Lollipop) or later on default disallowing third party cookies

For all those updating their apps to the latest Android 5.0(Lollipop) and use login/authentication (sessions/cookies), I have provided a fix to this on my blog: http://goo.gl/ozm1Dw
