What do you get when you open codeload.github.com in the browser?
Anything “special” about your connection?

Secure connection failed

An error occurred during a connection to codeload.github.com. This server uses key pinning (HPKP) but it has not been possible to build a reliable certificate chain that matches the pinset. Key pinning violations can not be resolved. Error code: MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_KEY_PINNING_FAILURE

Yeah, you will have to fix that. Something with your internet connection, a proxy or similar. This should definitely not happen, so maybe even a virus or trojan on your computer could cause this.
