Is it possible to do real time processing in a photo with the camera using ionic please ?

I doubt it. Ionic is really about the user interface layer of the app. This would be a lower level function. You could write native plugin that did this and hook that into Ionic.

Is it possible for example to use openCV for this but in my ionic app ?
