Do I have to update manually to Angular 1.3?

Hi, I have a question about the new Beta 14 and the update to Angular 1.3:

  1. I have an existing App and I updated the lib (ionic lib update). Is this app now running with angular 1.3 or do I have to do some more steps?
  2. I start a new ionic app: will this app now automatically run with angular 1.3?

If you’re referencing ionic.bundle.js, you’ll get angular 1.3 when you update.
Yes, when ever you start a new project, the cli will fetch the latest stable release from bower.
