Delay in switching one page to another

Ionic Framework ionic-v3

I am facing issue that while going from one page to another there is delay/lagging which one can see easily.
While switching to next page, previous page is still there for some seconds.
This issue is in both Android and iOS platform.

Below is Ionic info:

ionic (Ionic CLI) : 4.7.1
Ionic Framework : ionic-angular 3.9.2
@ionic/app-scripts : 3.2.3

Cordova:

cordova (Cordova CLI) : 8.1.2
Cordova Platforms : android 7.1.4, browser 5.0.4, ios 4.5.5
Cordova Plugins : cordova-plugin-ionic-keyboard 2.1.3, cordova-plugin-ionic-webview 2.3.1, (and 14 other plugins)

System:

NodeJS : v8.11.1
npm : 6.5.0
OS : Windows 7
