Css help with ionic 1 list, items separating lines

I tried this many times, but not able to reach anywhere. I hope some when help me what I am trying to achieve here.image

Like the items separating line in ionic-2 starts doesn’t underline the avatar pic, and is just below the text. Or in other words, has an offset? How can I achieve this in ionic-1 list via css on .item?

Why you do not want to switch with ionic v2 , that is awesome with some new features with extending ionic v1. thanks
