Could not find gradle wrapper within Android SDK

Hello everyone,
I have the following problem…

I’m working with ionic build online (http://apps.ionic.io) to generate the APK file and download it from the site.

2 weeks ago I started giving this error and I can not find the reason:

ANDROID_HOME=/opt/android-sdk
JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-8-oracle
Error: Could not find gradle wrapper within Android SDK. Might need to update your Android SDK.
Looked here: /opt/android-sdk/tools/templates/gradle/wrapper

I have not modified any settings in my project. Always work on the www folder.

Does anyone know if I change something on ionic?
I’m working with ionic version -> 1.7.16 ionic and cordova version -> 7.0.1.
