Context menu when user click on Header text

Hello, I am having a requirement where i need to develop like in the atatched screen shot. How can i pop up context menu?

Any chance can you tell me when it can be released? Is there any other way we can achieve this?

No release time on this, just something we’re working on. We’re not going to put a date on a features release. Just if it makes into our weekly release, it’s release.
