Content randomly disappears when using InfiniteScroll

I’m facing a serious problem using InfiniteScroll: whereby the content area of my page just disappears when navigating to or from a page. If i interact with the page, e.g. focus a search bar, then the content appears/reappears.

It seems totally random when it happens.

Anyone else had this issue and know a workaround for it?

p.s - I’m not doing anything fancy, just using it exactly as described in the Ionic documentation.

For me it was to do with hiding and showing a toolbar on certain pages.

Calling resize on the content on page active solved this.

import {ViewChild} from '@angular/core';
...

  @ViewChild(Content) content: Content;

...

  ionViewDidEnter() {
    this.content.resize();
  }
