Hello guys, I am developing my app in ionic 2 and the problem is when i give a link of the image to src, it returns image with hot link protection.

That’s probably because the source is protected. You should contact the person who’s hosting the content to request access, but probably it’s there for a reason. If you’re the owner, remove the hotlink protection on your server.
