Can help? How to have a link in checkbox label

I found the same topic here , but it seems the solution doesn’t work any more. Are there any solutions?

I see it working in the codepen on the second checkbox. Was this updated recently?

It is as if the first checkbox (in the second example) lets the user click anywhere to check on the checkbox, but “the licence” doesn’t work. However, the second checkbox forces the user to click on the checkbox, but the “the licence” link does work.

I would expect “the licence” would only show the licence, but clicking anywhere else on the row would check/uncheck the checkbox.
