Build ionic Android Error

I want to know what the problem is. And there is a solution for this problem?

Create file project.Properties
paste the below code ;
org.gradle.jvmargs=-Xmx512m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m

then copy the file .after paste the file in following DIR
C:\Users.gradle\wrapper\dists\gradle-2.14.1-all\4cj8p00t3e5ni9e8iofg8ghvk7\gradle-2.14.1

C:\Users.gradle

I try to do as you say. But still the same.
Do not know if i’m right.
