hi
when i try to run a command
ionic cordova run android
i get this error

I’m having similar error since using Ionic Framework 3.9.2, this is SO frustrating. Lost 3 days now…
What is going on ? can’t build anymore, gradle error at first even though Android Studio was installed.
I followed some advises on google, installed gradle, changed environment variables ANDROID_HOME…
Now the following error, which looks like Mouseab !

I used a proxy and it worked!

I guess you have not installed gradle.
try to follow Gradle installation steps and check
