Bower ENORESTARGET No tag found that was able to satisfy 1.2.1

Inicar just an app in ionic but when i want to install bower install -ngCordova me this message

“bower ENORESTARGET No tag found that was able to satisfy 1.2.1”

Any solution ???
ionic -version and get this: "v.1.7.12"
bower -v and get this: "1.7.1"
npm -v and get this “2.14.7”

wasn’t able to reproduce this.

bower install ngCordova

Everything installed correctly.
