Hey, I would like to ask. I am doing a little project. Alarm clock, Im using background runner to control the time for each timer, for the test its displaying notification. Now Im wondering, can background runner pop-out a window and play a song? While is app inactive? O.o

I feel like you would want to use a Local Notification for that.

Yes you can achieve this functionality.
Some of apps has a inbuilt functionality like this.
