AR Measurement possible in Ionic 3?

Is Augmented reality is possible in ionic?

We are trying to do the measurement in real time by using a mobile camera.
Example measuring objects such as furniture, rooms, kitchen etc…

Is there any possibility or AR plugin available in ionic?
