App not compatible with some models of the same device

Hello, I have an ionic app and one or my users can’t download our app because his device is not compatible.

Checking the device compatibility on the app store I got to this window where one model is compatible but the other isn’t. Any idea why this might be? they have the same version of android that is higher that our own.

Going to have venture there is a reported hardware difference. For example, one might not have an gyroscope and the other model does. You are going to have to dig up the specs on the models to see what the delta might be. Good luck
