I need an information, what’s the recommended version of gradle and Android Gradle Version for an Ionic 5 + capacitor app?

Since the Capacitor portion of the app doesn’t really have a custom build process, I’d just use whatever android studio recommends.

Would be nice to have an article on the best configuration for Android Studio and Xcode with Ionic + Capacitor, I think it could be helpful.

Honestly the best configuration is up to you. What is provided out of the box is a safe default that can handle most situations. But if you are trying to customize the native portion of your app, some extra work might be needed.
